Why can’t I find a certain product on your site?

I am currently trying to put up all the products you know and love onto the site as quickly as possible. If you can’t find one of your favorite products on the site yet, please contact me here to let me know what you are looking for so that I can make sure to get it to you (because I probably have it in stock)!

Why does my product look different than the ones online/at farmer’s markets?

With the building of our new website, we also got a bit of a glow-up with a new brand/logo design! Don’t worry, our logo and color scheme is the only thing that has changed. Our products are still the exact same, as you know and love them, on the inside.

Which products are vegan?

Almost all of our products are actually vegan! To make a shorter list here are the products that are NOT vegan:

  • Fire Cider
  • Herbal Infused Honey
  • Restore Balm

Are your products organic?

While my products are not officially or certified organic, I only source the highest quality ingredients from the most ethical sources that I can.

Which products are not safe for children?

While nearly all herbs are safe to use in children, as long as they are dosed accurately by weight, we recommend most of our formulas for adults 18 years of age and older. We also always recommend that you speak with your child’s doctor before beginning a new herbal regimen.

That being said, the following products may be found suitable for use by your child’s practitioner:

Which products are not safe for pregnancy/breastfeeding?

While some of these products may be okay to use, we like to err on on the side of caution. Please always consult your doctor before starting a new herbal product, especially while pregnant and breastfeeding:

Which products contain essential oils?

I use the highest quality essential oils sparingly in only a select few topical products. These formulas contain less than 2% essential oil so as to not cause any negative side effects. These products include:

  • Sacred Beard Oil
  • Sacred Hair Serum
  • Restore Balm

Which products should I avoid if I am sensitive to gluten or celiac?

Please note that tinctures are made with vodka from a non-wheat source, however, we cannot guarantee that there has been no cross-contamination. While our products are gluten-free, some herbs should be avoided by those with celiac or known gluten sensitivity due to their avenin content. These products include:

  • ABC Tincture

Which products should I avoid if I’m allergic to the asteraceae family?

If you have hay fever and or are allergic to the Asteraceae family, please stay away from the following products:

Do I need to refrigerate my products?

None of our products require refrigeration, however, we do recommend that you store them in a cool, dark place, away from direct heat, light, and moisture, for maximum freshness.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Each formula contains a Lot# and an Expiration date (Exp) located either on the bottom of the container, the bottom right part of the label, or the middle right part of the label. Please use products before the date of expiration.

What is the stuff that is floating in my tincture/fire cider?

The good news is that your product is totally fine! That stuff floating in your product is sediment. It is a normal residue resulting from the extracted herbs. This is why you should always shake your product before taking it, to make sure you're getting a proper dose of your favorite plant allies.

Shipping and returns

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped out within 1-3 business days. If there is a delay for some reason, we will reach out to you to let you know. Although we ship out in that timeframe, we cannot guarantee when your order will arrive due to the nature of the shipping companies these days

Do you accept returns/exchanges

Due to the nature of the products we do not accept returns or exchanges. In the rare event that something is wrong with your order, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order, as I am always wanting to make sure I deliver the best product that I can.
